Karen Orsolics is the Broker and Owner of Prudential Redwood Realty. A 25 year resident of Mendocino and Humboldt Counties of Northern California. Karen has been a licensed real estate agent since 1995 and achieved her Broker’s license in 2001 and her EcoBroker designation in 2008.

Karen opened Prudential Redwood Realty in February of 2002. Since opening the Arcata Prudential office, Karen’s business has continued to grow. Karen is a consistent top producing real estate agent of Humboldt County. Karen is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and Humboldt County Association of Realtors and serves on the Housing Opportunity Committee for the local board. She also is an Accredited Buyer Representative. Her knowledge of the local area and experience of Real Estate is an asset for all Buyers and Sellers.

Karen’s favorite charity is Big Brothers Big Sisters and hosts an annual fundraiser for B.B.B.S. every November. Karen’s hobbies include gourmet food and wine, gardening, motorcycling and hiking the beautiful trails of the north coast.
